The Category Insights Analyst will provide proactive insights to the Sales, Distribution, Category Development, and other cross-functional teams across the Sales and Marketing organizations, turning various sources of data and insights (IRI, Nielsen, Shopper Panel, Research, Shipment data, Industry Insights, etc.) into actionable support materials that will drive Red Bull and Category strategies.

Develop and Deliver regular Category Management focused insights materials, inclusive of Category reviews, Total Beverage trends, Competitive evaluations, Channel Strategies, and Industry Summaries.
Generate reports utilizing various data sources like IRI, Nielsen, Shopper Panel data, and Shipment data to help support overall business goals across the Sales and Marketing organizations.
Support consistent insight communication platforms to the organization.
Build and leverage relationships across Business Insights and the broader Sales and Marketing organizations to share best practices and resources.
Support team needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality and customer service.
Proactively analyze and deliver insights on key industry trends and opportunities.
Manage monthly reporting of Insights into Actions in collaboration with broader Business Insights team.
Implement solutions and track, measure, and communicate results.
Mine consumer/shopper data to develop insights and identify opportunities.
Provides analytical support with accompanying insights in the creation of Category Initiatives.
Deliver ad hoc analysis against tight deadlines as defined by the Sr. Manager of Category Insights and the broader leadership team.
Establish best practice reporting and take on responsibility for report updates.
