Identify and address areas of opportunity within Red Bull’s compensation programs across the entire spectrum – from communication and training, compliance, design, process, and technology















Salary structure design and maintenance including job leveling, pricing and modeling















Annual salary administration – system maintenance, presentations, consultation and advice for people managers, accurate data management and reporting















Compliance – responsibility for FLSA, EPA, state and local wage and hour.  Testing, oversight, and compliance















Incentive compensation – sales and commission plan design, communication, governance and 















Compensation policy review, modeling and administration















Market data – sourcing of the right data and its application















Pay practices, trends, and innovation around broad based (base pay, differentials, paid time off) and incentive compensation (management incentives and sales incentives)















Communication and manager training (content development, design and delivery)















ERP system configuration and administration related to SAP 















International compensation experience and understanding of Global Mobility programs
