To cultivate brand love and can love, we engage new and existing consumers through Red Bull's evolving product and media content portfolios. Our goal is to reach more users and audiences by leveraging strategies across the World of Red Bull (Brand, Sports, Culture, and Media House). We take a deep-dive approach to consumer segments by consumption occasion, target, audience, and field marketing opportunity. Our dialogues are reactive and capitalize on inquiries that come through our website.

You will be leading a core execution and response team, as well as helping plan the support that our department provides key business partners in the organization.

Consumer engagement

Lead execution to support efforts for cross-functional business partner needs
Allocate and schedule resources for program and campaign support
Set and track engagement and impact targets
Maintain team’s CRH (Consumer Response Handling) performance KPIs in tracking system
Review and assess weekly team engagement output and results
Curate product and other Brand assets to optimize engagements

Team management

Manage recruitment, on-boarding and performance goals for full- and part-time workforce
Leverage team talent to optimize engagements and set best practices
Cultivate motivating and supportive team environment
Measure productivity through weekly and monthly performance targets
Ensure timely and accurate team input to key measurement tools, including weekly spot-checks

Traffic management

Escalate sensitive topics appropriately
Create assignment plans for engagement efforts and campaign coverage
Evaluate ongoing coverage needs and prioritize accordingly


Approve bi-weekly payroll for part-time workforce
Manage weekly team schedule
Manage engagement budget and billing processes
