Support in the execution of National  Audience Marketing campaigns –including  creative development, targeting, trafficking  assets,  ensuring implementation  and testing of all  ad  ops  and tracking  requirements (e.g.:  DMP pixels) Support in the management  and execution of Program  Activations –including  preparing comprehensive program  activation briefs, sourcing  content with cross functional  stakeholders,  ensuring implantation  of ad ops  and tracking,  assisting  with launch,  mid-campaign  optimization,  and  post reporting
Prepare reports in collaboration  with Media Team  to be delivered  to Audience Teams  on performance  of the programs
Manage  and execute Digital  Activation initiatives that will drive deeper discovery  of our short form content on social  platforms
Develop  monthly  dashboards that highlight best practices,  learnings,  optimizations,  for Program  and Digital activations with an audience centric lens  (e.g.:  Ensuring an integrated understanding of everything the consumer  sees from Red Bull)
Support in ideation of building  annual Business  Plans  and re-imagining  ways  to build our key Audiences


Ensure advertising  data  is being capture and fed into DMP and internal measurement  dashboards,  thus allowing  the data  to be leveraged  to plan  and optimize campaign  efforts
Ensure all  planning  tools and  timelines are up to date (e.g.: Project management  tools,  programming dashboards,  etc)


Lead  the creative development with Audience Teams and agency  to create all  necessary  assets  for Program Activation
Guide and inspire the creative process, by identifying gaps and opportunities within our existing  efforts and assessing  creative examples  in the industry  and beyond  to constantly enhance our consumer-facing communications


Manage  the creation of Brand  Guidelines  in collaboration  with cross-functional  stakeholders  as  it relates to Media House and  advertising guidelines  and  best practices
Be the champion  of driving Brand  values  and standards  across  the Audience Teams  to ensure perfect tonality and branding  on content
