The Shopper Insights Analyst will provide excellent support for Shopper Insights to the Sales, Distribution, Category Development, and other cross-functional teams in the Sales and Marketing organizations to help further drive Red Bull’s Retailer relationships.

SUPPORT THE OPTIMIZATION OF SHOPPER PANEL AND LOYALTY CARD DATA



Support the development of reports and materials utilizing various sources of shopper data like Numerator Shopper Panel data, IRI/Nielsen Shopper Data, and Retailer specific loyalty card data to help support overall business goals across the Sales and Marketing organizations, demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality and customer service.
Independently / proactively analyze shopper data from key resources to answer ongoing and ad hoc business questions to support retail relationships and understanding of the Energy Drinks Category.
Support the development and delivery of regular shopper insights materials, inclusive of purchase trends, shopper demographics, Leakage Trees, Basket Affinities, Cross-Purchase Analyses, etc. in order to develop insights and identify opportunities.
 












SHOPPER RESEARCH SUPPORT 



Support Director and Managers in identifying knowledge gaps and support the work with vendor partners on the execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects to fill those gaps.
Optimize existing and syndicated shopper studies and pair with other data sources to create powerful, actionable insights materials.
Support the management of custom research initiatives to further drive strategic partnerships with top Retailer accounts.
Provide support across the organization to ensure insights adoption and mastery of content.












COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING



Support the delivery of regular and ad hoc Shopper Insights materials and resources providing the organization with a clear view of the category’s shoppers and the insights to drive category growth and support for Red Bull’s strategic initiatives.
Establish best practice reporting and take on responsibility for material updates organized into an Insights library.
Communicate insights to all levels of the organization on a regular basis through monthly call schedules, newsletters, and internal presentations.
