GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES



Lead and develop the POS and Events Logistics teams to align with the business and execute plans.
Engage with senior leadership across Red Bull North America as well as Global Headquarters to plan, prioritize, communicate and facilitate the Events and POS activities
Lead the Sales and & Operations Planning process to align POS forecast with business stakeholders, drive specific action on inventory issues and eliminate non-moving inventory.
Drive annual planning recommendations of POS distribution/event strategy for RBNA 
Oversee and own the POS forecasting, planning and ordering process for product supply to our warehouses and direct shipments from international and local vendors to our Distributor Partners and field teams.
Business owner of the POS Planning and Ordering platform.
Oversee and lead the monthly order cycles in collaboration with the relevant colleagues to deliver the right products to support Red Bull initiatives and sales/marketing efforts.
Support and provide guidance to business partners in the yearly business planning process for POS, Cold Equipment, and Events.                 
Facilitate the annual forecasting process by providing timelines and coordinating relevant project teams
POS KPI reporting such as forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, etc.
Manage supplier relationships to execute POS and Events effectively and efficiently.
Oversee effective and consistent services are rendered throughout national network.
Analyze data to develop benchmarks, capture and publish best practices.
Ensure DOT and safety guidelines are met throughout the network.












POS PROCESS



Overall responsibility for POS end-to-end process 
Coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, and ensuring timely and effective solutions for any operational issues that may arise
Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues, drive corrective actions and issue resolution
Analyze & suggest opportunities to continuously improve processes and practices that serve business objectives and field needs
Act as Operations stakeholder for implementation and future enhancements of new POS Order and Planning tool and development of future system solutions.












EVENT LOGISTICS SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES



Ensure network can successfully support 6,000+ events annually across the US. network including warehousing, transportation and installation of event assets.
Conduct Regional Event Logistics Manager on-boarding and trainings. 
Collaborate with Marketing teams to plan event logistics support National Marketing initiatives.
Accountable for RBNA HQ Third Party Logistics team, warehouse and inventory.
Operationally manage all activations on USHQ campus and special USHQ leadership summits.
Provide cost efficient storage solutions for all RBNA HQ departments.












COLD EQUIPMENT SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES



Ensure network can successfully support 30,000+ cold equipment repairs and/or decommissions annually. 
Benchmark vendor performance/services, and ensure timely feedback is provided.
Identify equipment trends & share findings with business partners.
Maintain professional working relationship with internal and external distribution partners.












PEOPLE MANAGEMENT



Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members and managing performance.
Foster collaborative and engaged relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.












PROJECT MANAGEMENT



Continuous improvement of the POS Planning and Ordering tool including processes and ways of working
Implement supply chain practices that reduce supply chain costs, optimize inventory, reduce lead times and maximize customer service levels
Timely and quality execution of business & project deliverables
