The Director, Vending's main priority is driving Red Bull strategy and initiatives within the main call points, through a direct team and indirect broker relationships into the Vending channel. This role is the key owner of all business related activities and targets at national and market levels. This enterprising leader drives coordination and collaboration across multiple functional groups (sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations, and legal) at Headquarters (HQ) and Business Unit (BU) levels to ensure that objectives and goals of these customers are achieved.Responsibilities include: owning budgets and trade results (Distribution, Price, Promotion, and Presence) at the national & regional levels; developing productive business relationships with senior management within the channel; and driving best practices that meet and exceed business objectives, direct and indirect team leadership.
