Red Bull North America is looking for a Talent Business Partner to be responsible for proactively driving, supporting and executing HR initiatives within the West Business Unit. The Talent Business Partners primary focus will be ensuring high performance and top talent across the Business Unit (BU). The successful go-getter and energetic hire will serve as the single point of contact for all people-related issues and will partner directly with the BU Leadership Team to maximize engagement, retention, and performance. Leading with an end-to-end talent management mindset, were looking for a professional with a track record of giving wings to managers and driving high performance within the organization.
