Red Bull North America is looking for a Talent Business Partner to be responsible for proactively driving, supporting and executing HR initiatives within the Sales & Distribution Business Unit. The Talent Business Partners primary focus will be ensuring high performance and top talent across the Business Unit (BU). The successful go-getter and energetic hire will serve one of the points of contact for all people-related issues and will partner with the BU Manager and Leadership Team to maximize engagement, retention, and performance. Leading with an end-to-end talent management mindset, were looking for a professional with a track record of giving wings to managers and driving high performance within the organization.
