The Manager, Talent Development will impact talent performance through the effective oversight and
implementation of talent performance and engagement processes and programs across Red Bull, North
America. S/he will own the integration of our core talent approaches including performance management,
engagement, succession, and goal setting and ensure timing, communications, training events and
execution compliment the performance and priorities of the business.
