The Manager of Point of Sale processes is accountable for the execution, monitoring and continuous improvement of the process that controls the placement of cold equipment and point of sale materials across all channels of trade.This process follows rigorous brand standards and relies on a large network of distributors to place the point of sale materials for a given retail store at the correct time.
Working closely with key stakeholders (Brand, Insights, Trade Marketing, Operations, Finance), this role will coordinate the execution of the end-to-end-process, identify areas of improvement, prioritize such areas and initiate projects to improve the health of the process.
This role also oversees the tracking and resolution of process issues as well as the customer service desk required to help sales employees, distributors and vendors.
