The Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) is responsible for the strategy deployment, execution, and management of our Distributor Partners (DPs) to ensure 100% alignment and focus against distribution vision and initiatives. Main focus areas include: communicating strategic priorities; collaborating on the development of joint business plans; aligning, setting and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); ensuring implementation of merchandising standards; monitoring sales / POS progress against business plans; and coaching DPs to execute with excellence.
