In this role you will be responsible to respond to enquiries from journalists, collect content/write press releases, try to attract interest from media in the teams stories and campaigns, arrange for spokespeople to speak to press and establish media and PR schedules for team and drivers.
The Press Officer is responsible for organizing and managing media and PR activities in and outside the track, for both team drivers and key members, compiling media and PR schedules for every event. The The Press Officer will also keep contact with all the main F1 stakeholders (Liberty Media, FIA, other teams, etc) and he/she will ensure that all planned activities run smoothly and finds last minute solutions.

Expand all Manteining relatioships with the media
Write press releases
Organize race weekends Media and PR schedules
Monitor on line media coverage and prepare daily reports
Attend press conferences or interviews with the organisations spokespeople
Work with the digital team to develop the organizations platforms and channels and with the Marketing team to deliver media service during sponsors events
Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.
To work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department / team/ sponsors.
