The Director of Distribution's main priority is developing and coaching their team of Distributor Managers and developing influential relationships with General Managers and owners of Key Distributor Partners (DPs). Key responsibilities include: communicating strategic priorities; driving and managing key RBNA initiatives; developing systems to increase KPI execution; monitoring sales/POS progress against business plans; and coaching DPMs to achieve their specific goals. A successful DOD will take ownership for distributor performance while making sure there is strong alignment between the GM and the SDOD.
