About the job

The Visual Communications Lead will communicate all merchandising directives, signage, and visual input to the store fleet. They will also assist in new store opening communication and strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Oversee all visual communications to the field – create and distribute visual direction books by season

Align with creative marketing team on all creative assets for in store. (in store retail signage, window vinyls, in store graphics)

Manage and oversee all fixture orders for new stores – working with the architecture firm

Manage new fixture development communication

Attends business meetings and reacts to merchandising strategy accordingly

Identify key product priorities from buying and planning and assist in communication to teams

Assist in new store openings

Develop merchandising strategies for new product launches and seasonal initiatives for retail spaces

Assist in leading new store openings. Create compelling stories through merchandising and in-store displays.

Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on seasonal assortments, store capacity, fixture design and marketing needs

Oversee the seasonal visual merchandising updates – partner with merchandising and planning to ensure we are telling a compelling story through our assortment

Attend seasonal buy review meetings and all other applicable meetings that help drive the retail strategy.

Work with the Director of Visual Merchandising to identify key outfitting looks for the season.

Partner with the planning and merchandising teams to create and manage data base of store types, visual iterations, and elements.
