We collaborate closely with multiple departments to build innovative, unique online experiences that our customers love.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES for Sr. Product Manager, Retention MarketingContribute to defining, articulating, and communicating our product strategy for Retention marketingParticipate in setting targets for product scorecards and lead the effort to track and communicate scorecard resultsProduce and track product dashboards and KPIs that are aligned to the product strategyCreate and manage the roadmap that drives relevant KPIsDefine and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and identify the highest-impact products to engage and retain customersGenerate and present opportunity assessments/value statements to leadership group to drive alignment and buy-inUnderstand and interpret data to develop hypotheses, define experiments to prove (or disprove) them and carry them through to their conclusionLead product team in discovery, design, implementation, and measurement of new product featuresParticipate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectivesPresent during company-wide product demosCreate strong cross functional relationshipsDrive release planning activitiesEnsure quality products are being delivered to customersLead acceptance testing activatesQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Passion for consumer Internet, customer advocacy and building amazing productsProduct management and/or product design experience with Internet products and technologiesExperience with Retention Marketing features such as email or loyalty program is a plusAbility to drive products from ideation to shipmentExperience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces across multiple devicesExceptional analytical skills to support data driven decision makingStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environmentExceptional organization, communication and presentation skillsBA/BS; Computer Science or other technical discipline a plus ABOUT BACKCOUNTRY
