About the Job: • Lead product team in discovery, design, implementation, and measurement of new product features • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives • Create strong cross functional relationships • Drive release planning activities and work closely with the project manager to achieve milestones • Lead acceptance testing activates and hold the team to a high standard for quality About You: • Ability to understand, evaluate and discuss technical integration scenarios and architectural concepts • Ability to solve complex problems and get to the right answer • Exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment • Experience working on large integration projects • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field • Experience with ERP Systems (Netsuite, SAP, Dynamics) a plus About Backcountry Our mission is to connect people to their passions.
