Starting @ $11.30/hr ($12.45/hr night and weekend)Full-time Shifts Available Weekday and Weekend Shifts Benefits: Include and not limited to:Awesome gear discountPaid time off – starting at a max of 20 days per yearFun Events @ work including holiday partiesQuarterly Increases in payOpportunities for movement within the company401k w/ company matchAvailable Shifts:6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)3:00pm - 11:30pm (Monday - Friday)9:00am - 7:30pm (Saturday - Tuesday) About the Job: • Lift up to 50 pounds • Stand and walk for your entire shift • Read and Audit Labels • Identify, count, and sort packages and inventory with a high level of accuracy • Understand and differentiate between shipping methods and sort packages accordingly • Use automated packaging equipment • Participate in team meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback as appropriate • Maintain a clean work space • Perform other duties as assigned • Participate in LEAN initiatives About You: • Verbal and Written comprehension of the English Language • Basic Math Skills • Computer Skills including familiarity with the internet and e-mail; ability to work with hand held computer device • High School Equivalency • Experience operating power industrial equipment (for example, standing order picker or forklift) About Backcountry Our mission is to connect people to their passions.
