ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about the Outdoors and Social Marketing? Backcountry is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for our Vendor Marketing Program.
You will work on the design, implementation and measurement of Paid Social and Influencer campaigns on behalf of a variety of our brands. You will be part of the Performance Marketing team and collaborate closely with your colleagues in Brand Marketing, Creative, Product and Data Science.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a new role. You are passionate about the brands we sell, curious to learn what matters most to them, understand their strategic needs and translate this into meaningful customer-facing campaigns that meet objectives and provide a measurable return on investment.
Create, manage and optimize campaigns across multiple marketing channels with a focus on Paid Social and Influencers.
Track, analyze, optimize and report on the effectiveness of campaigns against vendor-defined KPIs on a quarterly basis. Provide guidance on how to best maximize efficiency and/or ROI.
Coordinate with brand partners and influencers to create content that supports their seasonal selling needs.
Oversee vendor billing and admin related to account management.
Attend trade shows and vendor meetings as needed to support these vendor relationships.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical background and fluency in Microsoft Excel.
Any SQL, Looker basics, LookML knowledge is a plus.
2+ years experience in a performance marketing or equivalent role; experience with Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram), Influencers, YouTube, etc. is a plus.
Ability to take ownership and manage numerous projects with confidence
Strong people, leadership and communication skills.
