POSITION TITLE: Integrated Marketing Specialist

REPORTS TO: Sr. Brand Manager

BUSINESS/COMPANY/DEPARTMENT: Brand

LOCATION: PC

Promotional marketing is a key driver of Backcountry revenue. The Integrated Marketing Specialist will work cross-functionally with designers, merchandising, planning and other marketing channel stakeholders to develop compelling promotional marketing campaigns with sharp revenue and engagement KPIs.

This position is an opportunity to develop Brand Marketing expertise and craft campaigns that make a material impact to the business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Create a comprehensive promotional campaign strategy that aligns with growth targets

? Align campaign strategy to larger company initiatives, and track progress against initiatives

? Develop creative briefs, project manage campaign deliverables, conduct QA and ensure that all creative has been reviewed and approved for launch

? Analyze campaign performance to create retrospective materials that inform recommendations for future campaigns

? Advocate for tests to understand and optimize the customer’s shopping experience

? Participate in improvement of organizational processes

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

? 3+ years experience in a brand marketing, production, project management or equivalent / relevant role

? Confidence managing complex cross functional teams, process and timelines

? Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease and perform under pressure

? Appetite for analytics and a desire to understand campaign performance and customer behavior

? Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Experience in a digital and or agency environment

? Demonstrated ability to thrive in an ever changing, sometimes chaotic environment

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

? A collaborator and team player at heart

? A self starter who takes accountability and responsibility

? A hands-on and proactive approach that is happy to execute autonomously as well as manage cross-functional communication and expectation
