Associate Producer Job Description
Backcountry.com is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated professional to join our team as an Associate Producer. In this role, you will directly support the marketing campaign production team, maintaining production schedules, and handling a variety of other tasks to ensure productions run smoothly. If you are a well-organized, skilled multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then you may be an excellent candidate for this position.

Associate Producer Duties and Responsibilities! Perform general administrative duties to support the production and overall creative teams
! Manage calendars and scheduling
! Maintain budgets and track billing
! Assist in the planning of photoshoots ranging from in-studio, local and on-location
! Owning and managing smaller in-studio photoshoots
! Research and contract talent
! Research, build, and maintain relationships with vendors used for productions
! Build and generate call sheets/production books
! Collaborate with production manager to meet the needs of cast and crew
! Participate in short- and long-term planning aligned with goals set by managers
! Work with all departments that contribute to the production

Associate Producer Requirements and Qualifications! Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, marketing, management or a related field
! Previous experience as a production coordinator or production assistant
! Familiarity with all aspects of production to facilitate effective communication
! Superb organizational and time management skills
! Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
! Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
! Talent for anticipating needs
! Excellent written and spoken verbal communications; professional telephone etiquette
! Adept at general administrative tasks such as budgeting, data entry, and word processing
! Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and G Suite
