POSITION TITLE: Group Sales Account Manager

REPORTS TO: Group Sales Manager

LOCATION: West Valley, UT

Backcountry Group Sales is a growing program that helps connect our brands to the business community. We assist groups in a variety of industries (corporate, medical, universities, military, etc). Our team is expanding and the Group Sales Account Manager role is a pivotal position to help us scale our B2B offering!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate revenue via email, phone calls, or in-person meetings
Drive a potential prospect’s progression through each stage of the sales cycle, from lead development to close, by overcoming objections throughout the sales process
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals/expectations
Work directly with Backcountry Vendors regarding inventory needs
Accurately and diligently maintain track of all customers and prospects through CRM
Exhibit behaviors consistent with Backcountry values
