About the job

The Paid Media Manager, North America, is responsible for developing and managing Salomon’s paid media strategy to achieve business objectives. You’ll oversee the generation of high-quality traffic from various paid channels (paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, etc.) and work to ensure innovation and adaptability in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities may include:

• Plan, lead, optimize, and analyze placements through paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and other evolving channels – lead Digital Advertising agency on execution
• Lead the fiscal year paid media budget and partner closely with finance and Ecommerce on the forecasting process (traffic and revenue) to meet business goals
• Partner effectively with Brand, Creative, HQ and Site Experience to ensure customers see a compelling mix of creative and messaging that are tested continuously
• Ensure all campaigns are achieving profitability goals and staying within allocated budget levels
• Ensure agency is continuously performing ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Develop and deliver reports to internal stakeholders at agreed upon intervals (weekly, monthly, etc), demonstrating channel, audience and creative-based value in delivering KPIs
• Onboard new partners to support the technology roadmap for long-term growth objectives and capitalize on the power of personalization through programmatic and automation
• Play a key role in managing relationships with business partners (Google, Facebook)
• Optimize product feeds for Google/Bing Shopping through a feed management tool
