SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The eCommerce Product Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences on United Sports Brands’ eCommerce stores. They will be responsible for ensuring all site functionality is working and provides a compelling, conversion driven experience for all users. They will coordinate with both internal and external development resources to document bugs, new functionality and third party integrations. They will liaise with internal business stakeholders to deliver new capabilities that drive business results and customer satisfaction. They will own the on-site user experience, ensuring the eCommerce stores are visually appealing, functional, stable and scalable. They will conduct A/B testing and user testing to determine areas for improvement on site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scope and implement new functionality and improvements of existing user experience – from identifying opportunities for new features, competitive & best practices research/benchmarking, vendor research, cost and timeline estimates and assessment of level of effort to building, testing and implementing
• Establish the product roadmap and prioritize projects based on analyzing growth opportunities and cost of development
• Responsible for managing assigned projects through full life cycle, from creative concepts to development to ongoing maintenance and enhancement
• Accountable to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives
• Monitor site functionality daily to help identify and document issues, creating roadmap to resolution
• Provide management visibility into project progress, while supporting effective decision-making, approvals, and direction
• Perform and maintain competitive website analysis, keep abreast of market trends and eCommerce consumer trends, customer service issues, and eCommerce technology and dynamics
• Actively partner with cross functional teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, Product Design, and IT to deliver user experiences aligned with brand standards and business objectives
• Plan sprints, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure UAT activities meet business goals. Coordinate business approval of releases prior to build
• Lead A/B testing and user testing, defining test parameters, implementing tests, analyzing results and sharing recommendations to improve conversion and engagement
• Manage vendor relationships, including collaborating with vendors on product enhancements, evaluating potential new vendors and negotiating contracts
