United Sports Brands is the home of: Shock Doctor, McDavid, Cutters, NATHAN and XO Athletic and we’re looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager to work on our family of brands.

The eCommerce Marketing Manager is responsible for driving qualified traffic to United Sports Brands’ eCommerce stores through digital marketing channels including Organic, Paid, Email and Affiliates. The position will utilize a mix of in-house resources, agencies and vendors to achieve profitable growth. Works closely with members of the eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on eCommerce marketing strategies and brand marketing initiatives. This position will also manage and coordinate execution of the eCommerce promotional calendar. Requires a candidate who is constantly learning and testing new strategies, remaining connected and informed about industry trends to be entrepreneurial in pursuit of new opportunities to drive brand performance, acquisition, retention and revenue optimization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Email and Affiliate Marketing, working with agencies, vendors and in-house resources
• Partner with Director of eCommerce to build annual eCommerce marketing budget, ensuring maximization of Marketing ROI across all campaigns to support revenue and profitability objectives
• Manage the eCommerce promotional marketing calendar, strategizing promotional offers and coordinating digital marketing activities to support
• Drive email marketing strategy centered around database growth, increased revenue and conversion
• Drive content creation plan for on-site implementation, building a calendar and aligning with marketing teams to ensure content is compelling and on-brand
• Key point of contact in agency and vendor relationships, driving alignment with external partners to business goals and ensuring positive outputs from these partnerships
• Own development of compelling scheduled and triggered email templates optimized for desktop, mobile and tablet devices
• Successfully manage and track paid advertising budgets reporting on ROAS, traffic and conversion from spend
• Provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc performance summaries, analyzing data to derive actionable insights
• Collaborate with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment on eCommerce marketing strategies and brand marketing initiatives
• Partner with IT team to ensure technical capabilities for marketing executions are properly implemented
• Stay up-to-date on latest online marketing strategies and trends, while continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficacy of campaigns
