We are seeking a Digital/Visual Designer for a key role within the Creative Services Team that’s focused on driving consumer demand through the design and development of best-in-class digital marketing strategies. SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Primary responsibilities of this role are to support the departments wide variety of creative asset needs for digital marketing. Research, wireframe, develop and test visual solutions that communicate each of our brands and/or products specific positioning. Maintain brand standards while also progressing designs to align with current trends and industry standards. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, highly collaborative, motivated, passionate about process, and strives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, entrepreneurial environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Create on-brand visual design assets for all digital platforms and consumer touch points (website, email, online marketplaces, social, etc.)
• Manage digital creative needs and generate designs with an eye toward constant optimization
• Maintain brand standardization across all digital channels
• Participate in gathering and analyzing user data (qualitative, quantitative) to inform the design
• Monitor feedback, testing and analytics to recommend and prioritize iterative improvements
• Prepare prototypes and designs for brand presentations
• Collaborate with design team on various concepts and approvals
• Actively participate in meetings and critiques as a team member
• Ability to translate direction, requirements, and objectives into finished designs
• Follow all stages of design development lifecycle
• Communicate and share designs to senior marketing team
• Maintain structure of file naming, storing and organizing
• Establish and maintain digital style guides across multiple products for web and mobile platforms
• Perform work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing projects to meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

POSITION SPECIFICS:
• This is a full-time position
• Typical work hours and days are Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• This position is based out of the Fountain Valley, CA office
• No travel is expected for this position.
