XLAB, the leading brand in bicycle storage accessories is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to work in its Escondido headquarters.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Expand sales through existing dealers, new dealers, and Distributors in both US and Canada. Meeting monthly, and annual goals.
• Drive and passion to enter new market segments.
• Provide excellent Customer Service and customer training.
• Recognize and relate Sales needs to Marketing.
• Control MAP pricing and ensure customer websites are current
• Seek out OEM opportunities. Process orders as required.
• Provide annual sales plan including strategies and pricing levels.
• Visit key accounts in Southern California as required.
• Organize and manage a few expos each year.
