WPS/Fly Racing is seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives for the Fly Racing Mountain Bike and BMX soft goods lines.
Only independent representatives who already have an established independent business need apply. This is a 100% commission-only opportunity, with excellent commissions paid monthly.
Available Territories:
• Southern California - Los Angeles and Ventura counties
• Colorado
• Michigan/Wisconsin
• Utah
• Tennessee, North and South Carolina
• Alabama, Georgia
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sells Fly Racing Mountain Bike and BMX soft goods into bicycle retailers and specialty stores within the assigned territory.
• Develops and maintains an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and responds accordingly.
• Effectively communicates the value of a WPS business partnership through the Fly Racing brand and eCommerce options.
• Assists dealerships in sales-floor layout and point of purchase displays to encourage growth of the Fly Racing brand.
• Provides outstanding customer service and dealer support by identifying and actively addressing dealership needs and requests.
• Presents Fly Racing samples, specials and related support material to provide comprehensive product presentations.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
• **Minimum** three years outside sales or bicycle industry/bicycle dealer-related experience.
• Proven sales abilities with a keen understanding of how to close a sale.
• An intense ambition to succeed and highly self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and follow through skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory using self-provided, reliable transportation.
