QALO, based in Santa Ana, CA (Orange County), is in search of an Account Coordinator.

JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervisions, this position is responsible for serving as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, this position will/should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities, ultimately driving revenue.

Sales Team:
• Acquire new accounts in addition to servicing the assigned account base through regularly scheduled product trainings and service calls.
• Review and submit orders from the assigned account base
• Track account and product performance (net sales, sell-through, inventory turn, gross margin, profit dollars)
• Represent QALO in a manner that is professional, while coincides with brand core values
• Adhere to QALO policies, procedures, products, programs and services
• Execute administrative tasks assigned by direct report in a timely manner
• Continually maintain knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
• Support sales team within all aspect of the department
• Assist in planning and executing successful events/ tradeshows (at least one a quarter) with the focus to obtain new accounts/leads

Account Management:
• Manage an account base’s business with product performance analysis and objective business planning.
• Develop semi-annual account business plan with monthly revenue objectives for all accounts, report updates and new plans to category manager.
• Facilitate business planning with accounts: review inventory performance
net sales, turn, margin, QALO profitability and resources.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office as a selling and planning tool
• Ability to accept empowerment and to be prepared to make decisions regarding customer satisfaction with confidence
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information
• Motivate, train and influence all accounts to confidently sell QALO along with our core values to ensure high sellthrough
• Plan and manage time effectively when scheduling account visits to maximize effectiveness in driving revenue

Communication:
• Provide two-way communication between QALO and accounts
• Deliver the appropriate QALO corporate objectives and provide account feedback to Management
• Provide manager’s with pro-active and timely information on account issues, product issues, competition, marketplace activity, and consumer response
• Communicate issues and resolutions with a sense of urgency using most appropriate medium (verbal and/or written communication)
• Demonstrate an ability to be a team player within all working departments for successful completion of projects
• Handling and resolving a variety of customer concern and questions by phone or email
• Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues
• Responsibilities for new product launches include: Execution of all product information to be delivered professionally and in a clear manner to all accounts and potential accounts
• Provide team with solutions and recommendations to improve efficiencies within the organization to satisfy customer needs and minimize additional costs

Account Relationships:
• Establish and cultivate valued account relationships with key retailer personnel (e.g. senior managers, merchandise managers, buyers, and logistics) in order to influence and execute QALO’s strategic direction with these accounts
• Maintaining good customer relations with all accounts and ensuring that all calls meet QALO standards
• Build and maintain customer relationships through consistent, professional and clear communication
• Travel time required 10-15% per month due to leads and tradeshows
