QALO is seeking a Laser Technician Coordinator in Santa Ana, CA.
The Laser Technician Coordinator is responsible for working with the rest of the laser team to ensure that all applicable QALO orders receive accurate and timely customized engravings, often times in a fast paced environment. The Laser Technician Coordinator will also be working directly with QALO’s warehouse, Left Brain Logistics, to receive and sort orders daily. Attention to detail and organization are necessary, as this position requires a large amount of detailed and repetitive tasks that require focus and accuracy. The Laser Technician Coordinator will be using various computer programs to engrave rings with several laser printers, which also includes maintenance and cleaning of the laser machines, as well as keeping the work area clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Consistency: Show up to work when scheduled, on time, and ready to work hard.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to and navigate small details.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and varied work duties.
- Teamwork: Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and keep orders going out within appropriate timeframes
- Presentable: Must appear and act professional and put together as you’ll be interacting with all levels of QALO employees.
- Represent QALO professionally and in a manner that is consistent with QALO Core Values.
- Adhere to current QALO policies, procedures, products, programs and services.
- Other special projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Execute administrative tasks assigned by direct report.
