JOB SUMMARY
The Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) will be responsible for developing and implementing global go-to-market and end-of-life strategies for every product family in all sales channels.

- Effectively communicate and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments on a regular basis to create and modify strategies
- Build channel specific product assortments and programs with Sales based on data and channel needs
- Establish and maintain channel specific product ordering calendar in collaboration with operations and Sales
- Regular coordination with marketing calendar for GTM planning and alignment with in-market support timing
- Set up and management of SKU specific product data per channel including descriptions, UPC’s (per region), EAN’s, etc.
- Establish and own consistent product naming convention and information organization within ERP system to provide efficiency and consolidation of new/old SKU’s and styles.
- Align product with company goals in all sales channels
- Have an intimate understanding of where every product lives in each channel
- Experience with an ERP system
- Oversee Item Master Data in ERP system
• Create, maintain, and remove SKUs within system
- Assist in planning and roll out of new packaging and displays when necessary
- Execute Exclusives and SMUs for key retailers
- Analyze sales in all channels and adapt strategies accordingly
- Manage liquidation strategies for obsolete inventory
- Manage global roadmap 2 years out for all product expansions
- Must have the ability to prioritize tasks.
