Join BOCO Gear, the leading manufacturer of custom headwear and accessories servicing the endurance, run, triathlon, cycling and outdoor industries as we deepen our strong presence in the specialty run market and add speed to our rapidly growing branded business. We've got a solid and growing book of business but lots of untapped regions, brands, and stores.
We're Boulder-born, Boulder-based, and Boulder-cultured, and we're the leader in our space. We're staunchly anti-bureaucratic, self-motivated, and love our industry and our lifestyles. We're also continuing to grow and need more capacity to service existing accounts and, more immediately, identify, close, and grow new ones in the specialty run vertical.
Duties:
- Drive sales with accounts in the specialty run vertical by prospecting, post-event outreach, and through your existing relationships
- Develop and advance new business through outdoor industry events, specialty run retailers and industry manufacturers
- Service and grow existing customer accounts
- Resolve customer complaints as appropriate
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Work with Design Team to give suggestions based upon customer’s needs and personal experience
- Limited travel required
- Contribute to team effort by assisting other departments as needed
