Born in Boulder, BOCO Gear has grown rapidly since our founding to become the leading brand of custom headwear and accessories for the endurance, run, triathlon, cycling and outdoor industries. Thanks to a quick and wildly successful pivot to masks last year, we’re working to continue the explosive growth of our direct-to-consumer business while welcoming back the races, teams, and brands that we’ve worked with over the years on the custom side. Through it all, we’ve remained staunchly anti-bureaucratic, (almost) fully virtual, and very much a company that lives what we sell.

Reporting to the CFO, we’re seeking a Senior Finance Manager who combines big firm-level accounting experience with the independent personality to succeed in a company that, by structure and culture, doesn’t have anyone looking over your shoulder. In short, we do our own work, we have each others’ backs, but we don’t watch our own.
