The Vuori Returns Specialist (VRS) is an integral part of the Customer Experience Loop, especially with it comes to returns and refunds.

Description

As a Vuori Returns Specialist, you are highly skilled at unpacking and identifying Vuori Gear. You handle the gear with care and inspect it to ensure it is “like new” quality. Keeping an eye on who the return is from and confirming the customer returned what was listed on their RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Our Core Value, be in great relationships, extends from our suppliers to our customers and the people we work with. You will work together with other VRSs and do so in an efficient and friendly way.
