The Enthusiast Network, home to the TRANSWORLD family and Surfer Magazine, is in search of an Integrated Project Manager to join the team in Carlsbad, CA.

This position will be working with our actions sports brands including Surfer, GrindTV, Transworld Skateboarding, Dew Tour, Transworld Snowboarding, BIKE and more.

POSITION SUMMARY //
The Sales Project Manager for the Sports & Entertainment group is the primary post-sale support role to the sales team facilitating the successful execution of digital media and integrated programs. This includes taking a lead role in coordinating the workflow between the Sales team and other internal stakeholders, primarily with ad operations and occasionally with edit, design, development, engineering and content teams.

The primary goal is to facilitate a smooth implementation and maintenance process for campaigns across all disciplines from digital media, social promotion, print advertising, and more through final reporting and analysis. In addition to coordinating internal efforts, this role occasionally will need to tactfully manage client and vendor requests related to the project professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, strategic and detail-oriented person who is organized, resourceful and performs well under pressure while working on multiple tasks. This role reports to the VP, Sales & Marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Ownership and implementation of signed insertion orders
• Work with TEN Sports & Entertainment Sales representatives to act as a liaison between clients and TEN during campaign implementation, when required
• Verify the accuracy of insertion orders before campaign kick-off with media planners
• Generate initial deliverables list and timeline for each insertion order and review with all relevant stakeholders, internal and external
• Manage the internal and external sales processes – from gathering assets to making sure all client deliverables are presented, approved and delivered on time
• Establish check points to facilitate collaboration between the internal departments involved in the creative development and activation process including design, development, engineering, content sales and operations teams
• Serve as primary point-of-contact for all internal and external campaign-related inquiries
• Plan, lead and recap internal meetings, decisions and deliverables to the core team.
• Coordinate fully delivery of digital media programs by monitoring delivery and optimizing campaigns throughout.
• Provide monthly forecasting overviews by working closely with the core team members
• Analyze the execution and performance of multiple campaigns against internal and external expectations and raise red flags when adjustments are needed to meet campaign goals
• Serve as an escalation contact for investigating and resolving discrepancies and campaign issues
• Identify and develop opportunities for improving processes and practices for greater efficiency and higher quality
• Managing client expectations of deliverables: reports, custom projects, etc.
• Treat all internal and external clients with respect and dignity in the course of fulfilling the requirements of the job
