Dew Tour is seeking energy, talent and passion in their new Director of Sales. This role will lead, cultivate and grow a base of national accounts for Dew Tour experiential event properties and identify a new list of national partners. The role will be the lead sales person in selling integrated sales and experiential event sponsorship programs and basic vendor booth space packages and drive towards meeting the annual sales goals and targets as outlined in the compensation plan. The role will work closely with the Dew Tour VP/GM, Director of Partnerships and ASN Group VP to help identify the sales strategy primarily in the national account event marketplace. The candidate needs to have the ability to understand, collaborate, package and present the Dew Tour event property as appropriate for client solutions.
⏵ Must have strong relationships with national brands that are a good fit for the Dew Tour property with alignment to adventure sports (Skate, Snow) as well as culture and lifestyle
⏵ Assume responsibility of existing relationships with current and potential renewing Dew Tour partners to ensure long term partnerships
⏵ Must be proactive to identify and establish contact with potential customers to acquire new accounts and continually grow the business
⏵ Respond to event sponsorship / vendor sales inquiries from new and existing customers
⏵ Responsible for working closely with the Dew Tour Partnership team, ASN Group VP of Sales and existing sales teams to hit and/or exceed existing event revenue targets
⏵ Responsible for maintaining an updated pipeline of opportunities with regular communication to Dew Tour Partnership Director, VP/GM of Dew Tour and ASNG VP of Sales
⏵ Generate revenue through event partnership sales – new and existing business.
⏵ Generate revenue through the development of integrated media packages that include digital, social, livestream and linear, mobile, experiential, content and print advertising sales – new and existing business
⏵ Develop a growth plan for each category/account that includes in person visitation/sales calls
