KLIM is looking for a Softgoods Production Manager! Come join us in one of the most picturesque places in the world.

SUMMARY:
Direct the production of finished soft goods for Teton Outfitters Brands and Polaris, with industry leading quality through committed, transparent partners. Support partner relationships that support strict commitments. Accountable for production timeline for on time delivery of products.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for production of apparel, gloves and soft accessories.
• Involved to help solve production issues as they arise and needs to have production floor experience to add value to our partners when these challenges arise.
• Direct factory relationships and long-term factory development through constant evaluation of production processes.
• Accountable for metrics to pinpoint root cause and drive corrective action plan(s) to improve production efficiencies.
• Orchestrate process with the Development and Demand Planning Teams to create and follow processes for the completion and reporting of on time development, purchase order placement, and production.
• Initiate and cultivate domestic and global factory relationships to improve production lead times.
• Accountable for creating contractual KPIs and tracking compliance against them in the factory annual reports.
• Accountable for the Work in Process (WIP) production tracking report and internal messaging related to production exceptions for each season.
• Daily communication with factories and suppliers to discuss strategy, lead-time, and delivery of finished soft goods for all Teton Outfitters brands and Polaris.
• Manages production raw material supply chain for quality and on time delivery.
• Collaboration with TO Quality Control Manager regarding inspection approvals for on time exit factory date.
• Ensures all quality issues are corrected with QC Manager prior to re-final inspection process and release of goods.
• Ensures all packaging guidelines are following during the production process.
• Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval.
• Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.
• Special Projects as required.
• Ensures Logistics, Material specialist, warranty and buy meeting numbers are utilized and reported to factories on an annual basis via the Factory Report Card.
• General: Ability to multi-task, Follow strict timeline procedures, Strength in follow-up, Leadership measurables, Deliver on time product

Qualifications:

• Microsoft, PLM and ERP software knowledge required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in apparel manufacturing experience
• Heavy emphasis in Excel Workbooks, macros and formulas
• Product development experience required
• Valid Passport and Visas required

Education/Experience:
