We are in the music festival and rock n' roll industry and we are seeking a hard working, motivated team player with the ability to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a commission awarded based salary, in our fast paced, growing company.
* Required Experience / Qualifications *
• Strong work ethic
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong flair to sell
• Background in customer service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Possess proven analytical/problem-solving solutions for the customer and the company
• Must be adaptable, professional, accurate and motivated
• Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
• Excellent computer skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.)
• Experience with Mac operating system and FileMaker Pro is a plus!
• Knowledge of/or Graphic Design experience a plus
* Primary Responsibilities *
• Knowledge of our products and services
• Understanding of production, processes and work flow
• Screen and handle all inbound calls
• Quoting and processing orders
• Meet all deadlines and rush orders
• Generate and follow up on all new customer leads
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Meet or exceed sales goals & budgets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Understand when to escalate potential issues
• Working closely with owner and vice president
• Other duties, as assigned
