Job Description

Evolve Sports Group, LLC is the North American Master Dealer of Evolve electric skateboards, manufactured by an Australian based company, Evolve Australia. At Evolve Skateboards we’re passionate about selling the highest quality electric skateboards that incorporate the best l design with the latest electric technology! Evolve Sports Group sells it product both direct-to-consumer through its webstore; evolveskateboardsusa.com, and through select US retailers.

We're in search of an Customer Service Representative to join the team in Carlsbad, CA.

In 2016 Evolve grew its sales over 400% and is hiring additional team members to keep up with the growth. As a small company with fewer than 10 employees, the CSR will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of responsibilities. Primarily, the position involves tasks in the areas of customer service, sales support and office management.

RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Manage all daily customer communications via phone and electronically (email, chat, and social)
• Respond promptly to and resolve all customer/account inquiries, complaints and questions
• Assist in administrative tasks such as bill paying and invoicing
• Order Management: order entry, order confirmation and order adjustments
• Assist in the development of department policies and procedures
• Assist in marketing projects and events
• Welcome on-site customers, determine reason of visit, and fulfill customer’s needs
• Assist management with miscellaneous projects as needed

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS //

Education & Experience
• Bachelors or Associates degree would be ideal
• 2-4 years customer service experience required
• Must have courteous and friendly demeanor via phone
• Proficiency in MS Office programs with an emphasis on Excel
• Experience with communicating via email
• A self-starter with creativity and motivation to assist in the growth of Evolve.
