Inboard is in search of a Sales Operations / Customer Support Representative to join the team in Santa Cruz, CA.

Position Summary //
Inboard Technology is looking for a Sales Operations / Customer Support Representative to join our exciting team! This is a new role within Inboard and we’re looking for an eager candidate who is excited to join a high-growth startup. This role will bridge and support the cross-functional execution details between the back end sales operations and our customer service team.

Position Responsibilities //
• Tier2 escalation point for technical customer service requests/inquiries
• Post Sales escalation and coordination with Engineering and Service Repair
• Coordination of the Customer Order Management Process including system input, confirmation, and delivery logistics requirements
• Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the NetSuite inventory system. Track issues and generate reports
• Coordinate order fulfillment process transactions
• Work with 3PL partners to assist with fulfillment requests
• Responsible for miscellaneous HQ packaging and shipments
• Key point of contact on all things related to customer order fulfillment, including order input and logistic requirements
• Inventory administration and control across multi-site warehouse and fulfillment locations
• Monitor Customer Service and Operations details, reporting back on trends, performance, and offer up improvements
• Advocate for the customer in cross-functional team meetings
• Collaboration within the organization to develop, and improve Sales Operations and Support processes

Job Requirements

Position Requirement & Qualifications//
• Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, or minimum 3 years relevant experience
• 2 years experience in a Technical Customer Support role
• Willingness to work in startup mode and scale with the business
• Ability to understand customer requirements and become their advocate within Inboard
• Positive attitude and a demonstrated ability to accomplish complicated projects with confidence
• Multi-level Channel Sales experience
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and facilitate timely deliverables
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Google Office Suite
• Experience with Netsuite and/or Zendesk tools
