URBAN ARMOR GEAR is seeking a Business Analyst in Santa Ana, CA.
The Business Analyst is responsible for helping UAG compile, report, and analyze business data in all areas of our business including sales trends, rebate programs, sales commissions, special programs, and other financial information to help UAG make business-driven decisions with the goals of maximizing opportunity and profitability. The Business Analyst will report to the Controller and CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between sales and accounting on rebate programs with customers through reconciliation and reimbursement
- Support internal and external sales teams through analyzing and developing reporting to drive business decisions.
- Work on special projects within the sales, operations, and marketing teams and develop standardized reporting and metrics.
- Updating sales records (daily/weekly/monthly) to ensure that marketplaces sales numbers are accurate.
- Accurate processing of refunds in a timely manner
- Keep track of customer RMA’s, refunds, credits, and payments
- Monitor and communicate customer account issues to management prior to reaching critical status
- Compile and standardize data from a variety of sources for standardized reporting, analyze data, and communicate recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete files for projects and customer programs
- Independently monitor and analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations for change or improvement
