A well-respected creative team is in search of a Project Coordinator to join the team in Santa Ana, CA.
ABOUT COMPANY //
We are a Design & Manufacturing company that works with many well-established brands within the action sports, fashion and athletic industries to create custom retail displays, tradeshow booths, interactive kiosks and merchandising displays. Our passionate team handles all aspects of the design, engineering, project management and distribution process including manufacturing at our in-house facility in Santa Ana. Working with mediums from wood and metal to acrylic, glass and much more, our team of specialists bring to life retail displays to meet our client’s needs. Among our valued clients are Vans, Volcom, Mizu and many others.
Our personal customer service, quality, attention to detail and passion for success is unparalleled and greatly appreciated by our clients. So much that we do not employ any sales people, as all of our work comes via word-of-mouth or by referral, resulting in a rapidly growing team.
POSITION SUMMARY //
This position is entry level, but depending on the candidate, can evolve into a higher position that suits your strengths. Initially, it is imperative that you learn about all of the materials, hardware and manufacturing processes we use, so you can develop the foundation to speak intelligently to clients and offer helpful solutions as a Project Manager.
This is a highly unique and creative industry involving a vast array of projects. If you have past design skills or exhibit good project management, then the position can move in those directions as well. Essentially, we are a team - no job is above or below another. We all work together for the continued success of this passion-driven company.
COMPENSATION //
• Hourly pay at an estimated rate of $12-15, depending on experience
• Overtime hours are likely
To gain a solid foundation, this position will be responsible for (but not limited to):
• Ordering materials
• Involvement in shipping roll-outs
• Scheduling installations
• Answering phones
• Vendor follow-up
