Job Description

Golden Denim founded in 2009 is an LA based manufacturing company and brand specializing in the development of denim apparel. Distributed in the US and in over 20 countries, the brand is proving itself to be a house hold name in the street-wear and lifestyle markets. We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to help us as we grow domestically and with our over seas partners. Below are the responsibilities and requirements. Office Admin / Customer Service Rep / Receptionist

Responsibilities Include |

- Support the daily progress of company initiatives across all departments. Act as an assistant to the founders/executives when requested.
- Maintain a clean and productive office/headquarters environment.
- Act as in house sales support contact to all sales force and handle the needs.
- Input and approval process of all new account set up
- On all new accounts handle all vendor set up, imagery, paperwork handled with sales manager approval
- Input of sales orders
- Outbound order confirmations sent to reps and account buyers
- Check in all returns within 24 hours with credit department.
- Get RA's executed for accounts needing returns
- See to it that all sales reps receive their samples / POP, and sales tools at address of their preference immediately upon receiving samples from factory.
- Handle all Brandboom, Full circle, Blastramp new style set ups, uploads. (Training will be provided)
- See that all new styles assets/imagery are prepared for sales team with a new update each week.
- Get all new order forms built in excel for all new collections with sales manager approval.
- Build new account paperwork files and file all new dealer paperwork physically and digitally on the company server.
- Pack and ship out all sales promo.
- Assist on in store and industry related events when needed.
- Merchandise stores and train associates in our accounts when needed.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
• 2 years + experience in Accounts Receivable role
• Industry experience in either Skate, Surf, Snow, Apparel a huge plus
• Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills a must
• Strong Excel Skills required to run weekly and monthly reports for Finance Department
• Experience with Brandboom preferred but not required
• Trade school certificate a plus
