Assist in ordering sales sample fabric by color for each season and year and providing reports of actual yardage usage, excess yardage in inventory at contractor locations, and rebate opportunities.
• Support the Senior Manager, Materials Innovation in the research and development of new and existing fabrications for use immediately and up to three years in the future. Attend initial planning meetings with mills and other vendors, and follow through with mills to develop schedules, communicate specific requirements, and ensure that ideas are executed and tested in accordance with initial concepts, cost restrictions, and agreed upon timelines.
