About the job
We’re looking for a Production Coordinator. In this position, you will assist in all areas of production and work cross functionally with all departments. This is a mid-level role.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily email with overseas factory.
• Communicate daily with teams and factories oversea to ensure outstanding issues are addressed and orders are being produced to approval standards and meeting delivery.
Set up style master.
• Track proto types and samples to ensure timely delivery against calendar, report status updates to management.
• Maintain product database, make sure inf. is update.
• Sample / Proto / TOP / Shipment samples tracking.
• Manage Time and Action Calendar ensuring product development deliverable are being met on time.
• Review and track weekly WIP reports and update internal tracking reports.
• Communicate with vendors on delivery, quality and problem solving production issues.
• Follow up on all bulk delivery.
