We’re looking for an experienced Production Coordinator.
In this position, you will assist in all areas of production and work cross functionally with all departments. This is a mid-level role.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily email with overseas factory.• Communicate daily with teams and factories oversea to ensure outstanding issues are addressed and orders are being produced to approval standards and meeting delivery.Set up style master.• Track proto types and samples to ensure timely delivery against calendar, report status updates to management.• Maintain product database, make sure inf. is update.• Sample / Proto / TOP / Shipment samples tracking.• Manage Time and Action Calendar ensuring product development deliverable are being met on time.• Review and track weekly WIP reports and update internal tracking reports.• Communicate with vendors on delivery, quality and problem solving production issues.• Follow up on all bulk delivery.
