GENERAL FUNCTION
The Product Development Administrator serves as the point of contact and gatekeeper for all product details, system maintenance and data integrity for multiple fast growing categories.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages and acts as the gatekeeper for all product details, system maintenance and data integrity in PLM (example: part number, model creation and SKU updates).
Leads product creation calendar to ensure all deadlines and milestones are achieved on time.
Coordinates product launch schedule and deliverables with design, engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
Coordinates product samples for tradeshows, PR, photo shoots, etc.
Communicates development status to sales, marketing, and executives.
Generates product tech packs for GTM/Sales.
Creates cross-functional partnerships in order to work across functions.
Maintains intimate understanding of the Brand and our core consumer.
Other duties and responsibilities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
3+ years’ experience working with product life cycle management
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Ability to work with product managers in driving product line through a growth stage
Ability to effectively create and manage processes
Must be detail oriented
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Strong analytical aptitude and computing skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience with PLM process/software
Experience with SAP Software
