The Oakley Internship Program is a summer (10-12 week) immersion into Oakley Engineering and Manufacturing operations. Our intern assignments are designed to allow you to experience, first-hand, the type of work we do at Oakley, by working side-by-side with our employees in the different functions.
It is a project based internship where you will have the opportunity to contribute to business success by working on a priority business project. At the conclusion of the program, interns will present their learnings and contributions to the business through final presentations to colleagues and our leaders.
We want interns who are enthusiastic about what they want to do for a living and excited to come in every day to learn and contribute. Your hobbies and interests can also play in your favor. We have a pump track, fitness classes, running groups and more on-site.
