Imagine a world where people wake up inspired to go to work. We are after the why in product performance the why in consumer needs and the why in athlete needs.
The Oakley UX team is committed to providing clear human powered insights to transform our products. The Sr UX Researcher/Designer learns how Oakley’s athletes and consumers use our products by leading projects to identify problem statements and unmet needs. The Sr UX Researcher/Designer understands the business objectives and project scope and determines the appropriate tools to implement during research to optimize the research ROI. The Sr UX Researcher/Designer will work alongside the UX team and lead the efforts in unboxing information to turn the data into categories, groups, and themes.
