Job Description

PIMA APPAREL has corporate office located in Ontario, California. We are a direct manufacturer/importer and distributor of blank tee shirts. In business since 2006 and supplier to many of the largest U.S tee shirt companies, the PIMATEE label is known for fashion look basics offered in innovative light weight fabrics blends. PIMA APPAREL is now hiring for an In-House Sales / Customer Service Rep.

Full-time: 8:30-5 PM, Mon - Fri
Salary: depends on experience

OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for PIMA APPAREL in-house sales, and applying effective customer service principals and practices. Uphold and follow company policies and procedures to maintain excellent working relationships with our customers. Work direct with new and existing accounts to create a positive customer experience.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintain an up-to-date expert knowledge on all in-house manufactured product
-Answer customer inquires -via phone and email
-Order entry
-Maintain/update current customer information
-Set-up new customers
-Makes cold calls
-Provides inventory and pricing information
-Process orders and track shipping
-Process catalog requests
-Process sample requests
-Process R/A and call-tag requests
-Reports to Sales Manager, help with other office tasks as asked
-Attend some trade shows


Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
-Fashion degree or equivalent industry experience, tee shirt knowledge is a plus
-Familiar with industry concepts, practices, and procedures
-Must be able to read/write English
-Proficient in MS Office/Excel, Outlook, Word
-Ability to answer product questions while suggesting additional products and services
-Highly motivated and self-starter
-Strong written and verbal communication ability
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Proven ability to work in a fast pace office execute, follow thru, and follow-up
